Overall Summary : Best Anime DVD release I've ever owned.

Ratings:
Artwork/Design : 5
Story/Plot : 4
Production Quality : 5
Sound Quality3
Value for money : 5

Pros:

Amazingly crisp remastered picture, closer to the original video colours than any other release. The set is aimed at fans of the original Japanese version myself, made evident in the default audio track and the use of original character and attack names in the booklet contained.
The booklet is quite amazing too, it's a hardcover, hard like both of the DVD books in the case.
You get interesting facts, a time line, family trees, episode guide, production sketches and strange titbits in all 7 Dragon Books from all 7 Dragon Boxes.
The subtitle translations are brilliant, no American names sneaking in or anything, excellently timed.
This is the most complete release too, the old releases didn't include the episode previews, so they were never dubbed either, they're Japanese and subtitled on the dub track.
The boxsets before these ones always had disc art that just repeated the cover, but all 6 discs in every Dragon Box has a unique character on it matching the Japanese originals.

Cons:

The colour for the first saga is a little too red, all others are fine, this problem is also on the original Japanese Dragon Box Z release in Japan.
If you're a fan of the dub, beware, the American music is gone, although I wouldn't care, it's a shame that part of the audience are missing out on something. You'd probably dislike the use of names like Kuririn, Kame-sennin and Tenshinhan instead of Krillin , Master Roshi and Tenshinhan in the Dragon Book.
The dub audio is out of sync for the first boxset too, and because the footage is further zoomed out than any other releases you can see character's mouths moving differently to their dub dialogue, since that dialogue wasn't really much of a translation of the original Japanese.
I'd consider the dub to be a con too, compared to all other dubs and the original Japanese, it's the worst dub for a long running anime series.

Other Thoughts:

This review pretty much goes for all 7 boxsets.
The set makes up a spine image of Son Goku and Gohan (from the covers of DBox 1 and 5).
