Why are the items I ordered not listed on my account?
1. We have not yet processed your order, so no information has been transfered to your account.
2. Only titles that are not ready to ship/post will be listed on your account (i.e. pre-orders/advance orders or titles listed with delivery time).
Why does a different price appear on my account than is listed on your web site?
The price listed on your account is the full price, the discount is applied when goods are sent (For more on this see Company Policy / FAQ & What's this Daily Discount Program?).
What does "Item Held" mean?
This means this order is being held a) due to a problem, b) as requested or c) as part of an Complete order waiting to be sent together.
What does "Order Placed" mean?
Your order has been accepted and is waiting on stock.
What does "Being Processed" mean?
This means your order is being put together and will be sent shortly, at this point we are unable to cancel your order.
I am unable to add anything to my basket, as clicking “Buy” button does not seem to work?
This problem is due to:
1. Your Web Browser is unable to accept cookies or this option is turned off. We suggest checking to see if the option on your browser is switched on.
2. Your Cookie file is damaged, ask your browser to delete the cookie for our web site and this should sort out the problem.
How do I cancel orders?
To cancel an order please contact us by Email or phone, this can not be done using "My Account" option. As there is no direct access to your account from our web site.
